Return
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. This is only possible if the products are unopened and undamaged. Preferably in the original packaging, but this is not a requirement. You cannot invoke the right of withdrawal if you have opened our products and they cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically receive the order (the items).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform CIL-LOU of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement in writing by post or e-mail. You can use the model withdrawal form below:

To comply with the withdrawal period, you must inform me of your return by e-mail or by post before the withdrawal period has expired.
Packaging that has been opened/damaged and/or where the seal has been broken cannot be returned. The items can only be returned if they are undamaged and unused, in the original packaging, with all accessories and with all seals.
Personalized items or custom made items cannot be returned.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
CIL-LOU will refund you exactly the same amount as the amount of the original transaction and this via the chosen payment method with which you made your order. No additional costs will be charged for this.
